Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me you understand and agree to my Terms of Service. Read carefully before placing your commission as failing to acknowledge or abide by these guidelines will lead to a void transaction and cancellation of your commission. You also risk a permanent blacklist ban from future commission opportunities.

GENERAL
- Commissioners must be 18+
- Any and all forms of harassment or abuse, including (but not limited to) behaviour which is aggressive, rude, sexual harassment or blackmail is not allowed or accepted.
- I reserves the right to refuse to draw any request, including anything I am uncomfortable with, or feel unqualified to produce.
- I may cancel the commission and issue a full refund if I decide to no longer work with a client for any reason.
- I will not do nor engage with any NFT or AI work.PAYMENT
- Payment is expected up front in full once the terms of the commission are agreed upon. Work will not begin until full payment is confirmed. Payment plans may be discussed if needed.
- All payments must be made through PayPal invoice, or another agreed upon service such as Stripe or Venmo if necessary, in USD.
- If the invoice is not paid within 72 hours, you may lose your slot in the commission queue.
- Prices can vary due to complexity of designs and requests. All listed prices are a starting point and subject to increase.
- All payments are final; commissions that have not yet begun work or have not advanced beyond sketch approval may be canceled and refunded based on artist's discretion.
- No refunds will be made after a commission is past the approval sketch stage, finished, or delivered.
- Artist has the right to cancel and refund the payment for your commission in full at any time if they are unable to complete the piece for any reason.COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY
- All commissions will be for personal use only - no commercial use.
- Please post all commissioned works with appropriate artist credits and do not remove the artist’s signature from artworks.
- Artist retains every right to the artwork and its distribution and use; you may not sell the commissioned piece or use it in commercial material.
- Please let me know if you would like your commission not to be displayed publicly, preferably when requesting the commission so that I know not to post WIPs on my socials.
- Commissioner shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the work. Nor shall client sub-license others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.COMMISSION PROCEDURE
- Commissions are first come, first serve. You will be contacted by the artist when your request is accepted.
- Please provide references and/or a clear, detailed description of your desired image, characters, poses, etc to ensure accuracy of vision and execution. Doodles of your ideas are very welcome!
- I like to experiment, and I work best with artistic liberty. Please let me know if there's a specific look/style you have in mind, and provide reference accordingly, preferably of my own past work.
- After payment, I will send a rough sketch for approval. This is the only time the commissioner is permitted to request big changes to the artwork for free. Once the rough sketch is approved, only minor adjustments to the piece during progress check-ins will be allowed; major changes such as composition, poses, designs will be accompanied by additional fees.
- Please be clear with the changes you want during check-in stages. Changes are not permitted once the artwork is completed.
- High resolution image files of the completed artwork, and any relevant alternate versions, will be sent via Google Drive link.
- Completion of the commission depends on complexity of the piece as well as commissioner response times during communications. Estimated completion time ranges from a few days to a few weeks for simple tiers, and up to a few months for complex tiers, depending on how many works are ahead in the queue and other factors. Please discuss any deadlines the artist should aim for ahead of time, such as for gift art.
